Party FAQ

 Yes! You're welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and cake. We just ask that all food and beverages stay within the designated party room. 

 Please plan to arrive no more than 5 minutes early, as we need time to prepare the space between parties.
If you’d like extra time to decorate or settle in, you can purchase an additional 30 minutes in the party room. Just let us know in advance so we can check availability and make arrangements. 

 Yes, you're welcome to bring your own decorations! However, decorations cannot be attached to the walls or ceilings (no tape, push pins, or adhesives, please). Tabletop or free-standing decorations work best. 

 Yes, but only the kind with pull strings and it cannot be attached to the ceiling or walls. With so much equipment, we'd hate to see something get damaged. 

This depends on your party package. VR parties (levels 1-4) include staff to manage the VR equipment but not a party host. Packages 5 or 6, or any of our themed Party Place parties include a friendly party host who will help guide your experience, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. 

Our standard party packages are 2 hours including your set-up and clean-up. If you'd like to extend your time, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

Nope! We take care of all the cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. We do ask that you take the items you came with and be prepared to leave the party space by the end of your booking. 

Simply scroll to the bottom of either of our party pages (Gaming parties or The Party Place) and fill out the form. We will review your request and let you know if your selected date and time are available within 24 hours. Please check your junk folder if you do not hear back. 

A deposit is required to confirm your date and time. You will be invoiced for this and payment is due when you receive it. You can pay this online with a debit or credit card or you can come to the store in person. We do not accept payment over the phone. Your remaining balance is due when you arrive on the day of your party. We accept cash, debit, credit, or gift cards.
