We are in the basement of 4511 Franklin Avenue, in the same building as the Mantle restaurant (old Coyotes Bistro and Legion).
All of our guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Any guest under the age of 18 must have a guardian sign a waiver on their behalf.
Children ages 7 and up are welcome to try our virtual reality games available in our single-player booths or play Laserbots with friends in our free-roam arena. Escape rooms are recommended for older players. Please note that while our headsets are adjustable, they can be heavy and some children will have trouble wearing them comfortably.
Escape rooms vary in the time you have to complete them with a maximum time of 45 minutes. Please allow an additional 15 minutes for set-up.
Booking in advance will ensure a play space is available at your desired time but walk-ins are welcome. To book in advance, click here.
Our online booking system allows you to pre-book arcade booth or escape room time. Visit our booking page to get started. Please note that a valid credit card is required to book online.
If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your booking, we will rebook you at another time (subject to availability).
If you notify us less than 24 hours in advance of your booking, your card on file will be billed.
Your VR time begins after your safety briefing and once you've been launched into the arcade or escape room so there is no need to arrive early for your booked time. Please ensure you are on time though so that you can get the most time out of your booking.

Absolutely. Find information here.
Virtual reality is as safe as you make it but excessive use can lead to eye strain and fatigue. Speak with a doctor if you have concerns and please follow all rules posted and spoken as they are there to keep you safe.
If you tend to get motion sickness, you may experience similar symptoms while using virtual reality equipment. Some people who normally experience motion sickness find the free-roam setting of our escape rooms easier.
Should you feel uneasy at any point, we ask that you stop your session and inform a staff member promptly.
This depends on your glasses. Bigger glasses may not fit well in all headsets. Our escape rooms use Oculus headsets that are equipped with extenders for glasses while our arcade booths use Vive Cosmos headsets which can adjust to your vision.
Absolutely not. Virtual reality is fun for adults too!

Our escape rooms use Oculus Quest 2 headsets while our arcade booths use HTC Vive Cosmos Elite or Pro headsets.
